Wayne Sorenson, 72, of Fargo passed away, Friday, January 18, 2013 at Sanford Palliative Care in Fargo.
Wayne was born on April 15, 1940 to Walter and Edna (Fogel) Sorenson. He grew up in the Hawley, MN area worked on the family farm, attended school and graduated for Hawley High School in 1959. He later moved to Fargo and made a home with his wife Louise (Austin) Sorenson. He worked various construction jobs throughout his life.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
He is survived by his sister, Opal Edinger; Aunt, Mavis (Fogel) Fugere; many cousins, nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews
According to Wayne’s wishes he will be cremated and the family will have a graveside service in July.
