Violet H. Huseby

Violet H. Huseby was born November 22, 1924 in Nome, ND to Joseph and Emma (Nimick)
Crouch. She married Walter Huseby on November 6, 1944. They had two children, Norene and
Dennis. Walter and Violet farmed in the Nome area until 1957 when they moved to Fargo where Violet worked at Dutch Maid and Park Laundry.
Walter died in 1984 and Violet moved to Evansville, MN. She moved to Eventide in Moorhead in 2007. Violet enjoyed flowers, gardening, baking, jigsaw puzzles, the Dodgers and her cat; but most of all, she loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Violet is survived by her daughter, Norene (Roger) Pratt, Fargo; 5 grandchildren, Steve Pratt, Bloomington, MN; Shane Pratt, Fargo, ND; Dawn (Jerad) VanDerBeek, Monticello, MN: Angela Huseby, Evansville, MN; Melissa (Dan) Wales, Millerville, MN; 5 great-grandchildren, Dylan (Dani) Pratt, Oklahoma City, OK; Cherise, Solomon, Lucea and Ilsa Violet Wales; 1 great-great granddaughter, Luci Pratt, Oklahoma City, OK.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Dennis; 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.
