In Celebration of The Life of Victoria Geiselhart
Victoria Lillian Dixon was born August 13, 1926, in Ada, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Marvin and Mina (Harris) Dixon. She grew up in Ada, where she graduated from Ada High School.
Victoria married Donald Dale Geiselhart November 17, 1944 in Ada. They farmed until 1954 when they moved to Fargo. Victoria was employed by O.J. deLendrecies, Fargo, for 16 1/2 years as a seamstress.
Victoria was an avid flower and vegetable gardener. She loved playing cards as well as fishing and crafting. She enjoyed dancing and seeing friends at the Eagles Club and was a member of the React Club for seniors. She volunteered at the Ed Clapp Senior Center for 11 years and enjoyed playing pinochle and bingo.
Victoria died Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Eventide Sheyenne Crossings, West Fargo.
Victoria is survived by six children, Richard "Dick" Geiselhart, Fargo, ND; Roger (Judy) Geiselhart, Zeeland, MI; Barbara Stevenson, Phoenix, AZ; Dona (Dana) Coultas, Fargo, ND; Dale (Sue) Geiselhart, Fargo, ND; Dean (Lynn) Geiselhart, Huntsville, AL; 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, and her parents, Marvin and Mina Dixon.
