Velma Dobler Roggensack, 85, passed away in the care of Hospice in Denver, Colorado. She was born and raised in Ashley, North Dakota. She moved to Fargo, North Dakota and met the love of her life, Carroll. They were married in Fargo then moved to Denver. They had two children, Larry and Nancy. Both she and Carroll volunteered lovingly and always had time for others. She lived life to the fullest going white water rafting and taking in an African safari with her granddaughter, Tiffany. Velma is survived by her son, Larry (Carolyn) Roggensack; and daughter, Nancy (John) Loftus; brother, Lee (Iris) Dobler; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll. A graveside service is planned for Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at 11:00 AM, at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fargo.
