Timothy Jerome Flick

Timothy J. Flick, 69, of Fargo, passed away on January 31, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his two sons, Timothy and Eric; two grandsons, Wyatt and Walker; mother, Arlis McCauley; sister, Margaret (Peggy) Egan; and two brothers Scott and Randall.

Tim was passionate about science and technology, and held degrees in Chemistry and Physics from Moorhead State University. During his life, he worked for Concordia College in the Science Department, and was self-employed in research and development including projects in solar energy, water purification, wind energy, net-positive housing, application development, as well as proposed a contract to the US Military on a novel approach to the minimization of light infantry squad level logistic support overhead.

Tim was preceded in death by his Father, Burton; grandmother Margaret (Erickson) Fugle; and nephew Andrew Allen.

A Father/Son Celebration of Life service will be held on June 11 at 1:00 pm at Lindenwood Park Rotary Shelter. The service will include music, memories, and a picnic. All are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to MSUM Physic and Chemistry Department or New Life Center.
