Thomas Hansmann

Thomas Hansmann passed away at Merit Care Hospital on Saturday, October 10, 2009, at the age of 76. Thomas was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on July 8, 1933, the only son of Paul and Florence Hansmann. He served in the United States Army during the Koren War. Thomas graduated from North Dakota State University School of Pharmacy. He worked as a Pharmacist at the Fargo Clinic and retired from the Veteran's Administration Hospital. Thomas enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the NDSU Teammakers. He was one of the NDSU football team's number one fans! Thomas is survived by his wife, Susan Hansmann of Fargo; his son, John (Dawn) Hansmann and granddaughter, Madison of Murphy, TX; his son, Mike Hansmann of Indianapolis, IN; his daughter, Cathy (Larry) Champ and granddaughters, Bethany and Addison of Denton, TX, and many cousins and friends. In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to the NDSU football scholarship fund. Visitation- Thursday, October 15, 2009 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo, ND. Prayer service- Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 7:00pm at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home. Funeral service- Friday, October 16, 2009 at 11:00am, at the Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Fargo, ND.
