Teresa Lewis, born June 13, 1969, in Montevideo, MN, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2024, at her beloved cabin on Lake Lida.

Teresa's life was marked by her boundless energy, kindness, and dedication to those she loved. She cherished every moment spent at Lake Lida, where she enjoyed creating lasting memories with family and friends. Teresa had a zest for life that was reflected in her love for dancing and her joy in being surrounded by those she cared about. Her warm spirit and genuine care extended to everyone around her, making every gathering a special occasion.

A proud graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, Teresa had a distinguished career as an Executive Leadership Coach for Eide Bailly. She was also a motivational speaker, author, and mindset coach, inspiring many with her insightful guidance and heartfelt presentations.

Teresa had a deep passion for doTERRA essential oils, which she used to enhance well-being and share with others. Her enthusiasm for holistic health and natural remedies was evident in both her personal and professional life.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Teresa was very active in True North Church, where she found a strong sense of community and purpose. Her involvement in the church was a testament to her faith and commitment to helping others.

Teresa's greatest joy in life was her daughters, Alyssa and Tara, whom she adored beyond measure. Her love for them was boundless, and she took immense pride in their achievements and happiness.

Teresa is survived by her daughters, Alyssa (Brent) Lakosky and Tara (Elijah Charles) Lewis, and her brother, Brian (Angie) Fosse. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Bonnie Fosse. She shared both of her children with Steve Lewis.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 7, from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., at First Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND. A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, August 8, at 10:30 a.m., at First Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND.

Family and friends are invited to join in celebrating Teresa's life and sharing their memories. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Landon's Light, Make-A-Wish or your favorite local charity.

Teresa's memory will be cherished by all who knew her. Her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to experience her kindness and love.

Rest peacefully, dear Teresa. Your life was a testament to the power of gratitude and the joy of being truly blessed.
