Tammy Halland, 47, Moorhead, MN, passed away Friday, September 21, 2012 in Sanford Hospital, Fargo with her family around her.
Tammy was the daughter of Obert and Shirley (Woodruff) Halland. She graduated from Maple Valley High School, Tower City, ND. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Valley City State University, Valley City, ND and a Secondary Education Degree in English and Spanish from MSUM, Moorhead, MN. She had been employed at U.S. Bank Service Center in Fargo for the past fourteen years.
Tammy was an extremely intelligent woman with many talents. She was an amazing artist and loved cooking and creating her own recipes for family and friends. Tammy had a deep love of books and a natural gift for writing. The love of her life, were her boys, Spencer and Nathan. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed and thought of often.
She is survived by her two children, Spencer and Nathan Halland; siblings, Penelope McDonald, Utah, Lynn Puhr, Lisbon, Mara (Warren) Solberg, Horace, Pam Lindemann, Fargo and Dawn (Darryl) Heiser, Tower City and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral: Wednesday, September 26, 2012, 11:00 AM at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo, ND.
Visitation: Tuesday, September 25, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Hanson-Runsvold.
Burial: Buffalo Cemetery, Buffalo, ND.
