Stuart Lee Schultz

Stuart Schultz, 56, of Fargo, ND, died unexpectedly on Friday, March 28, 2014 at Essentia Health, Fargo.

Stuart Lee Schultz was born October 20, 1957 in Breckenridge, MN to Lester and Betty (Morris) Schultz. In the fall of 1962, the family moved to Fargo, ND, which is where Stuart attended school. He graduated from Fargo South High School in 1976.

Stuart enjoyed working in the food service industry, most recently the Speak Easy restaurant in Moorhead, where he worked for the last 20 years. He was a life-long sports fan, and was always a supporter of the Fargo South High School Bruins.

Stuart is survived by his brothers, Steve Schultz, Grafton, ND; Scott Schultz, Fargo, ND; three nieces, Angela Schultz, Jodi Schultz, Valerie (David) Moch; three nephews, Mark (Samantha), Isaac, and Jackson Schultz; and several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
