Steven Ross Hanson

Steven Ross Hanson was born in Moorhead, MN on January 30, 1964 to Llyal & RoAnn (Fick) Hanson. Steve attended schools in north Fargo and after graduating from Fargo North Steve then went on to graduate from NDSU with a degree in business.

Steve loved music & found his work home at Jade Presents as the director of ticketing or the “Ticket Guy”. In September of 2016 Steven went in to Sanford Hospital with a heart condition. After fixing his heart they managed to keep him bed ridden with multiple infections, amputations, surgeries, and bed sores. After 21 months of care from Sanford Steve succumb to his death after dialysis on June 20, 2018.

Steve was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Parents, Niece, Krista McCleary, Brother-in-law, Kevin Beauchene, and Uncles, Richard Hanson, and Paul Nycklemoe.

Steve is survived by his Big sister, Cindy (Mike) McCleary; nieces, Katie and Maggie McCleary; uncle, Robert (Gloria) Hanson; aunts, Arleen (Fick) Nycklemoe, Elizabeth (Dale) Fretland, Jeanne (William) Pahan, and Joanne (Hannestad) Hanson; cousins and many great friends.

Steve’s strong faith helped him to endure these trials with a sense of hope. Through all his trials Steve never lost his caring spirit. Steve is now at peace at home in Heaven. He will live on in the hearts of those he loved.
