Stephen Allen Kotaska of Fargo, ND passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND.

Stephen was born on May 26, 1962 in Park River, ND to James and Pearl Kotaska.

Stephen grew up in Fairdale, ND where his parents owned and operated the Fairdale meat locker called J & P meats.

Stephen attended school in Fairdale and Edmore, ND graduating from Edmore High School on May 17, 1981.

He then worked with his parents in the Locker plan and later moved to Fargo where he worked at Hornbacher's Meat Department. He was working at the Veteran's Hospital for the last 4 1/2 years.

Stephen was an avid sports fan, and enjoyed watching basketball, football, and baseball games.

Stephen is survived by his mother, Pearl Kotaska, and numerous Uncles, Aunts, and Cousins.

Burial will be held at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Park River at a later date.
