Ronald Schulz, 62, passed away suddenly, July 7, 2015, at Essentia Hospital in Fargo.

Ronald Harold Schulz was born on January 13, 1953 in Edgeley, ND to Richard and Ruth (Meyers) Schulz. He worked at John Deere for 7 years before deciding to go back to school at Jamestown College where he double majored in Accounting and Computer Science. During this time, he met Julie Attleson and they were married June 9, 1984. They moved to Fargo in 1988 where he began working at Great Plains Software which later was purchased by Microsoft. In 1990 they had their first child, Melissa, and in 1994 they had their second child, Harry. Ron enjoyed spending time with his family at his cabin especially fishing & playing Harry Potter UNO. He also loved to hunt and enjoyed being involved with the cooking crew at his church. His favorite events to attend were the NDSU Bison home games. A very generous man, Ron always put everyone before himself. He was a handy man, problem solver, and had a cunning sense of humor that was accompanied by a contagious laugh and smile. He was currently employed by Wennsoft.

He is survived by wife Julie; his daughter Melissa (Jace); his son Harry (Katie); his siblings, Judy (Gary) Anderson, Larry (Jerri) Schulz, Ken (Kathy) Schulz, and Bob (Audra) Schulz. Ron is preceded in death by his parents.
