Robert "Bob" Allen Sahr, age 69, Fargo, ND passed away on November 8, 2021, surrounded by family in Sanford Hospital.

He was born August 14, 1952, to Carlene (Jefferson) and Alex Sahr in Fargo, ND. Bob served in the United States Army in the Vietnam war from 1970 to 1971. He married Deborah (Deb) Kay Hennings on August 24, 1973. Bob bought Sahr Oil company in 1974 with his father Alex. He was a dedicated businessman until he retired in 2017. Bob was active in local veterans organizations and a proud Vietnam Veteran. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Bob is survived by his wife of 48 years, Deb; daughter Jennifer Birst (Shawn), St. Augustine, FL; son Erik (Kari), Detroit Lakes, MN; daughter Kristy Hamre (Mark), Moorhead, MN; five grandkids: Alex, Joshua, Elena, Olivia, and Gabrielle; brother Ron and sister Jeanne (Jim) Mercer, along with many other relatives. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Doug.
