Robert (Bob) Sever Hove, 92, of Fargo, ND passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Eventide Nursing Home in Fargo.
Robert was born on July 11, 1924 to George and Pearl Hove by Raub, North Dakota. He attended a country school by Raub, ND and went to high school in Parshall, ND.
He was united in marriage to Marlys Jones of Fargo on September 21, 1946 at First Lutheran Church in Fargo. They lived on the farm and in Christine, ND for 61 years. They moved to Heritage House in Fargo in 2007 and to Riverview in 2014. Robert moved to Eventide in Fargo on January 1, 2017 until his death.
Robert is survived by daughter, Cathy (Scott) Fixen; sons, David (Linda) Hove, Thomas Hove, and James Hove; his grandchildren, Jennifer Jameson (Thad), Ellen Simonson, Shari Srnsky (Mike), Christopher (Andrea) Hove, Nathan Hove, Seth (Amber) Hove, Justin (Carol) Hove, and Jonah Hove; great-grandchildren, Blake Simonson, Brittany Srnsky, Brooke Srnsky and McKenzie Hove.
Robert is also survived by his sister, Arline Perry (Joe), Minot, ND. Brothers and sister-in-laws, Norman and Eunice Jones, Fargo; Carol Silva, Turlock, California; Mary Olson, Fergus Falls, MN; Nancy Schafer (Ed), Fargo.
