Rebecca Lee Martyn

Rebecca “Becca” Lee Martyn, 25, of Fargo, North Dakota passed away suddenly to be with our Lord on January 21, 2016.

Becca was born to Sue and Shirley “Abner” Martyn on December 22, 1990 in Galloway, New Jersey and raised by her mother in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. She graduated from Egg Harbor Township High School in 2009 and was employed for a short time before moving to Willowick, Ohio where she lived and worked before moving to Fargo, North Dakota.

Our sweet Becca will be remembered as a beautiful, radiant young woman who loved life to the fullest. She always wanted to be happy in life, and, more importantly, wanted to bring joy to the lives of others. She will be remembered as a kind, bubbly, and giving soul who touched the lives of many people during her time here on Earth. She will also be remembered as a caring and loving mother to her beloved son, Aiden. Her little man had a profoundly positive impact on Becca’s life, and her unconditional love for him is unparalleled. Becca found much joy in reading, watching TV and movies, facebooking, and video gaming. She adored and cared for all kinds of animals especially her little cat, Luna and her late dog, Pepper, with whom she has been reunited. Becca will be remembered as a very hard working individual with an amazing eye and memory for detail. She loved her time working in the deli department of the South and West Fargo Family Fare stores. It brings great joy to know our beloved Becca is in a better place watching over us all. We are all so proud of you Becca, and we all love and miss you so much. Sleep well, sweetie. Love your family and friends.

Becca is survived by her two loves, Jason Moore and their beautiful son of nine months, Aiden Antonio Moore; her mother, Sue Martyn; her father, Shirley “Abner” Martyn; her two brothers, Erik and Brian Martyn; her grandfather, Raymond Ingersoll; her grandmother, Cecile Lee; her aunts, Diane Moore, Vicki Burrington, and Kelly Snyder; her uncles, Steven Ingersoll, Randy Burrington, Sam Moore, and Jim Snyder; her cousins, Kristen Montgomery, DJ and Wesley Snyder, and all of her friends far and near.

A memorial service for Becca was held on January 29, 2016 in Northfield, New Jersey, and another memorial service will be held for family and friends a 2:00 PM on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, at 215 7th St. S., Fargo, ND.
