Phyllis Mildred Larson

Phyllis Mildred Luick was born in San Diego, CA on September 23, 1946 to Dale and Bernadine (Liebheit) Luick. She passed away January 23, 2019 at Elim Care Center, Fargo, ND. She grew up in Fairmount, ND and graduated the Fairmount High School Valedictorian 1964. She attended UND in Grand Forks and went into the banking industry. She started at Merchants Bank in Fargo and stayed with them for many years after they became US Bank. She retired at age 70 from Green Tree Financial. She was a long time member and officer of the North Dakota Quarter Horse Association.

She is survived by her son, Todd Alan Larson and furry companion, Fanny of Fargo; two sisters: Gail Luick (Neil) Vargo, Watertown, SD and Linda Luick Hoffmann, Springfield, MO; two nieces: Terri (Jon) Barngrover and her sons, Evan and Nathan Barngrover of Springfield, MO, Melissa (Dale) Atkinson and her two children, Dalton and Katelyn Atkinson of Willis, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her ex-husband, Howard Larson.

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held later in the spring.
