Peter Query

Peter James Query, 21, died on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at his home in Fargo, North Dakota. Peter was born on March 16, 1989 in Des Moines, Iowa. His parents are Sharon Query and Kevin Query. He attended Greenwood Elementary School in Des Moines, Fairmont public schools in Fairmont MN, and graduated in 2007 from Fargo North High School. He was presently attending NDSU and previously worked at Sheyenne Gardens. Peter played hockey, participated in track and cross-country during school. He was a Twins and Wild fan, loved music, and competitively played card and board games. He was a dear sweet soul with a great smile; kind hearted and loyal and a wonderful son and brother. He thought the world of his aunts and uncles, grandparents, cousins and had a special place in his heart for Kallie, Spencer, Norah, Elaina, and Brielle. He is survived by his mother, Sharon, Fargo; father Kevin, Moscow, Russia; grandparents Richard and Prudence Query, Brainerd, MN; brother, Patrick, Clinton, IA; sister, Kathryn, Fargo; uncles Don (Pam) Skarie, Detroit Lakes, MN; and Nathan (Libby) DunnQuery, Medina, MN; aunts Pam (Gene) Foley, Gaithersburg, MD; Margaret (Brian) Bull, Waunakee, WI; and Rebecca Junker, Brainerd and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents Enoch and Harriet Skarie, Detroit Lakes. It is his family’s hope that he has found peace and contentment.
