Patrick Brooks

Patrick Michael Brooks, 26, died Saturday, October 30, 2010, at Frazee Care Center, Frazee, MN. Patrick was born August 13, 1984 in Fargo, ND to Richard and Laurie (Amundson) Brooks. He grew up in Oakport Township, Moorhead, MN. He graduated Moorhead High School in 2003. Patrick attained the rank of Eagle Scout from Troup #633 in north Moorhead. He attended the Courage Center in Golden Valley, MN. Patrick was baptized and confirmed at Hope Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND. Patrick enjoyed movies, bowling, light houses, video games and telling stories with friends and relatives. He also loved driving his grandpa Maurice’s Model T. Ford. Patrick is survived by his parents; maternal grandmother, Audrey Amundson, Starbuck, MN; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Maurice Amundson; grandparents, Ralph and Ruth Brooks; his brother Daniel and sister Kirsten.
