Patrick "Aaron" Tanner, 43, of Billings, MT, died on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND.

On March 6th, 2020, Patrick “Aaron” Tanner, 43, of Billings, MT passed away unexpectedly at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND. Aaron was at the airport on his way home when he suffered a medical emergency. He was rushed to the ER and despite lifesaving measures, he did not survive.

Aaron was born and raised in Portland, OR. After living there for nearly 40 years he moved across the country and accepted a job climbing cell phone towers and traveling the country. In January of 2019 he married his wife Danyella “Dee" (Lambert) Tanner of Billings, MT. He welcomed her now 3-year-old daughter with open arms and loved her as his own and in June of 2019 he helped deliver their beautiful little girl. Aaron continued to do cell phone tower work to financially support his family. He was a devoted husband and loving father who worked hard so his wife could be a stay at home mom. He was a very intelligent man who loved to read anything educational or sports related.

Aaron was loved by so many. He easily made friends and could put a smile on anyone’s face.

He is survived by his parents, Patrick and Mia (Schober) Tanner, his wife Danyella Tanner, his stepdaughter Ariyah (3yrs), his daughter Mia (9months), his younger brother Rick Tanner as well as aunts, uncles, and many cousins and friends.

Aaron’s life was cut way too short. He was loved by so many and will be greatly missed. Not a day will go by that he won’t be thought about. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday March 21st in Portland.
