Patricia “Trish/Patti” Harms, 45, of Fargo, ND, passed away in her sleep on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at her home in Fargo.
Patricia Marie Schudar was born on September 2, 1970 in Oakes, ND, to Clifford and Margaret (Friedt) Schudar. Trish, beautiful wife, great mother, awesome daughter and sister will be so deeply missed.
Trish grew up in Forman, ND. She graduated from Sargent Central High School in 1989. Soon after high school she met Joel Harms at NDSCS in Wahpeton, ND. On a very hot Saturday, June 20, 1992, Trish and Joel were married. Trish and Joel moved to Fargo, ND, and soon found themselves with four beautiful children, Brittany Marie, Melissa Jo, Megan Christine, Justin Joel…all April babies.
Trish wore many hats for work. She worked at Rax, Bonanza, Ponderosa, but the main job she came to love was at Bethany Retirement Living, where she was a CNA. After children, Trish went back to school and graduated from Rasmussen College on March 21, 2010 with an Associates Degree.
Trish continued at Bethany for 22 years, and was working in home healthcare currently. She loved to help people.
Trish loved and had many passions. She loved camping, hunting with her father and husband, and being active with her family. She loved watching her daughters in soccer and cheerleading, which she had done as well in high school. Trish also loved to watch her baby boy wrestle from Kindergarten to State Champion last year. Family was the most important thing for Trish.
Trish is survived by her husband, Joel; four children, Brittany, Melissa, Megan, and Justin; parents, Clifford and Margaret Schudar; sisters, Deb (Dale) Hagen; Tami (Rick) Mangahas; and many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Margaret Schudar, and Michael and Matilda Friedt.
