Patricia Dahlin

Patricia Ann (Patty) Sigurdson of Fargo died Thursday, July 3, 2008 at MeritCare Hospital, Fargo, ND. She was born July 31, 1937 to Matt and Mabel (Buckle) Sigurdson. Patty grew up in Fargo and attended nursery school, Golden Ridge Elementary, Ben Franklin Jr. High and graduated from Fargo Central High School in 1955. She attended Sunday school and was confirmed in the Lutheran faith at Golden Ridge American Lutheran Church, Fargo. She was also active in the Lutheran League. Patty continued as a faithful member of Golden Ridge American Lutheran Church, being very supportive and active in their various ministries as she held many offices over the years. She was united in marriage to Lloyd O. Dahlin on October 25, 1958. To this union were born four sons. She was an avid bowler for many years, including a family team of three sisters and her mother. She also enjoyed billiards, and her monthly card club and many other activities with friends and family. She enjoyed being a part of several travel tours with her friends over the past years as she took vacations from her employment at Small Business Administration, Fargo, where she had been employed for the past twenty-five years. Patricia is survived by four sons; Steven, Brian, Richard (Wanita) all of Fargo and Jeff (Betty), Horace, ND; four sisters, Karen (Dwight) Brown, Dilworth, MN, Sandra (Donald) Kranzler, Oakes, ND, Kathleen (Gary) Puhr, Fargo, ND and Gail Glawe, Corpus Christi, TX; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd, her parents, grandparents, mother, father-in-law, step-father, Cliff Glawe and three infant sisters. Memorial Service: Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Golden Ridge Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND. Visitation: Monday, July 7, 2008 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo, ND. Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fargo, ND.
