Pamela Janet Annear, age 60 died peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, August 19, 2022 after a 366 day courageous battle with cancer.
Pam was born on June 29, 1962 in Grand Forks, ND to Gary and Gloria (Moser) Annear. She graduated from Fargo South High in 1980 and Joseph’s Cosmetology School in 1983.
She worked for various insurance and trucking companies as a receptionist/administrative assistant, most recently employed by Dixon Insurance. She also dedicated part of her life to be a stay at home mom and run a successful truck log business.
Pam was united in marriage to Terry Taralson from 1982 to 1991 in Fargo and they had two sons, Nicholas (1986) and Mitchel (1988). She later married Dale Anderson from 1997 to 2005 and she gained a daughter, Jessica Manell Peterson.
Her greatest moments were spent with her family. She loved to journey with her boys to Barnesville to swim, watching them compete in sports, and becoming dads. She also planned countless craft projects, fun sleepovers and water park adventures for her grand kids. Her final grand adventure led Pam and her loved ones on a motor home trip to Mt. Rushmore and Rapid City in July. Her love of travel developed many memories of fun in Mazatlan, MX, South Padre, and Florida with her parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
Pam is survived by her two children Nicholas (Brie) Taralson, New Ulm, MN, Mitchel (Kayla) Taralson Fargo ND and daughter Jessica Manell Peterson; five grandchildren, Annabelle, Aiden, Laiken, Quinn and Jade; sister, Debbie (Daryl) Helbling; brother, Jim (Angel) Annear, and many special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gary & Gloria Annear.
Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society or Ethos Hospice. All in attendance are encouraged to wear something purple (Pam’s favorite color) in honor of her.
Prayer Service: 5:30pm, Friday, August 26, 2022 at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo, ND with a visitation one hour prior. A celebration of Pam’s life will follow the prayer service at the Bowler in Fargo.
Burial will take place at a later date with immediate family at Riverside Cemetery, Fargo, ND
