Max Rosenberg, 83, Fargo, died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2013, at Rosewood on Broadway.
Max was born Oct. 8, 1930 in Grand Forks, N.D. He was a 1947 graduate of Central High, and completed law school at University of North Dakota in 1957. He married Sarah Greenberg in 1965.
Max practiced law in the state for 50 years and was a member of the North Dakota State Bar Association and the Shriners. He lived in Bismarck until he and his wife relocated to Fargo in 2002 where he continued his practice.
He is survived by son, Arthur (Mary), Fargo; daughter Etty (Harlan) Kiemele, Cavalier; daughter Dara (Nick) Jezierny, Boise, Idaho. He also is survived by three grandchildren, Shelby Bjornstad and Neil Kiemele of Cavalier, and Alexis Rosenberg of Fargo. He was preceded in death by his wife Sarah; parents, Samuel and Ethel; sister, Lillian; and brothers, Hersh, Archie, Sid, Leonard and William.
