Mary Lou Schulz, 89, of Moorhead, MN was called to her eternal resting place on November 21, 2020 at Eventide on Eighth in Moorhead.
She entered this world on July 12, 1931 in Upham, ND, born to LeRoy and Hannah Werle. She grew up in Litchville, ND, and later moved to Fargo where she graduated from high school.
She married Lyle Schulz on February 17, 1951. They made their home in Fargo, ND, where they raised their five children.
Mary Lou is survived by her children, Ricky (Pam) Schulz, Coal Valley, IL; Lynn (Howard) Gitlestad, Fargo, ND; Gail (Allan) Engebretson, Fargo, ND; Susan (Jack, Jr.) Austin, Smiths Station, AL; Rodney (Doris) Schulz, Minneapolis, MN; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and two sisters, Virginia Enstad and Dorothy Freiborg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle; grandson, Flynn Schulz; parents; two brothers and one sister.
A Private Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Monday, November 30, 2020 and will be livestreamed on the Hanson-Runsvold website.
