Mary Lindstrom

Mary Lindstrom, 92, of Moorhead, died, Friday, April 4, 2014 at her home under the care of her family.

Mary Voelpel was born on October 13, 1921 to John and Mary (Boss) Voelpel in Baudette, MN. She graduated from high school in Kenmare, ND. Mary attended Interstate Business College in Fargo. Mary married Orville Lindstrom on September 18, 1946 in Lake Park, MN. They lived in rural Moorhead. She worked for Northwestern Bell for 10 years after that she was a stay at home mom for 12 years, returning to Northwestern Bell in 1962. She retired in 1983. Mary was a member of Elim Lutheran Church since 1955. Her pride and joy was her family.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Orville in 2006, parents, two sisters and one brother.
Mary is survived by her children, John (Marie), Lindstrom, Betty Lindstrom, Fargo and Jane (Paul) Langseth, Fergus Falls; grandchildren, Eric Langseth and Lisa (Harrison) Dotson; brother-in-law Victor Lindstrom, Lake Park, MN; sister-in-law Margie Magnuson, Minneapolis, MN and many nieces and nephews.

She will be dearly missed by her family & friends.
