Mary N. Froling, 88, of Fargo, ND, died Tuesday, February 20, 2007, at Elim Care Center, Fargo. Mary Naomi Froling was born September 25, 1918, at Fargo, North Dakota, daughter of Roy and Nona (Outran) Froling. The Froling family was life long residents of the Dakotas. Mary attended Agassiz and graduated from Central High School in 1936. She graduated from North Dakota State University in Fargo with a Bachelors Degree in Home Economics. Mary worked for her father as a secretary for two years before moving to Washington DC. She lived there for three years during WWII and worked for the Corp of Engineers. After the war, she returned to Fargo to care for her mother, which she did for over 30 years. Mary is survived by a nephews, Robert (Kim) Froling, South Ogden, UT; Stephen (Patricia) Froling, Hancock, NH; and nieces, Joanne F. Gallagher, LCSW, Ft. Collins, CO; and Dr. Barbara F. Visitation: One hour prior to the service. Burial: Riverside Cemetery, Fargo, ND.
