Marvin A. Pederson

Marvin Albert Pederson, 75, passed away Thursday, August 11, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center
in Fargo.

Marvin was born on May 20, 1941 to Albert and Ida (Ellingson) Pederson in Ada, Minnesota and graduated from Twin Valley High School in 1959 and served in the U.S. Air Force from 1959 until 1963. On June 2, 1963, he married Suzy Bredeson in her hometown of Chester, Montana. They
made their home in Fargo where Marvin graduated from Dakota Business College and proceeded to work for Plainsco and Northwest Pipe Fittings until retiring in 2007. He then worked for North Dakota State University in the Facilities Management Department.

Marvin enjoyed his spare time working with his hands, especially fixing and refurbishing small engines. He always cherished time spent with friends and neighbors in his garage.

He is survived by his wife Suzy, daughter Gina (Pam) of Charleston SC, son Tim (Julie) of Amarillo TX, sister Audrey Airhart of Twin Valley MN, grandsons Jake and AJ plus multiple nieces and nephews.
