Margie Jasch

Margie Jasch, 87 of Fargo, died, Sunday, August 22, 2010 at Sheyenne Crossing Care Center, West Fargo, ND. Margie Adele Elizabeth was born October 1, 1922 to Melvin and Alma (Fjelstad) Stenberg in Horace, ND. She graduated from high school in Kindred, ND. After which, she went to Interstate Business College. She worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 20 years, retiring in 1983. Margie married Virgil Jasch on July 22, 1950 in Horace, ND. They made their home in Fargo, ND. She enjoyed quilting at Grace Lutheran, traveling with frequent trips to Nashville. She is survived by her husband; son, Keith (Wanda) Jasch, Plymouth, MN; sisters, Joyce (Bill) Chaney, Camp Springs, MD and Joanne Pilger, Orlando, FL; brothers, Floyd Stenberg, Moorhead, MN and Martell (Luella) Stenberg, Fargo, ND; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Jasch, Farmington ME; and two grandchildren, Kimberly (Adam Urness) Jasch, Boulder, CO and Anna Jasch, Brooklyn, NY. She was preceded in death by her son, Rev. Stephen Jasch; infant daughter, Nancy Kay Jasch and sister, Lucille Peterson. Funeral: Monday, August 30, 2010, 11:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND. Visitation: One hour prior to services at the church. Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fargo, ND.
