Margaret Schweitzer

Margaret M. Schweitzer(Arechigo), 67, of Moorhead, MN, died Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at the Meritcare Palliative Care Unit, Fargo, ND. Margaret provided day care at Dream Catchers Daycare for 10 years. She made the beautiful dream catcher that is on the side of the daycare, which is how it got its name. She had also been making them for friends and family and had a hard time keeping up with outside orders due to the high demand. Margaret married Edward Schweitzer, Sr. on September 7, 1957 in St. Joseph’s Church, Moorhead, MN. She is survived by her children, Susan (Terry) Sachetti, Buffalo, MN; Edward Schweitzer Jr., Moorhead, MN; Marlene (Lee) Anderson, Fargo, ND; Diana Hofmann, Glyndon, MN; Angela (Kevin) Morse, Moorhead, MN; siblings, Bennie Arechigo, Osseo, MN; Susie Morales, CA; Rudy Arechigo, Fargo, ND; Arband Arechigo, Hawley, ND; Judy (Juan) Solice, Gloria (Russell) Cossette, both of Moorhead, MN; Jimmy Arechigo, Tony Arechigo, both of Fargo, ND; Rosie Arechigo, Prospher, ND; and Patrick Arechigo, Sioux Falls, SD; 17 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Edward Schweitzer, Sr., brothers Raymond and Felix; and parents Joseph and Eloise Arechigo. Memorial Service: 10:00AM Saturday, January 5, 2008 at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo, ND. Burial: St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Moorhead, MN.
