Marcella Hennings

Marcella “Marcy” Hennings, 75, of Vergas, MN, went home to be with her Lord, Monday, May 7, 2007, at Bethany Homes, Fargo, ND. Marcella “Marcy” Darlene Kollar was born August 31, 1931, at Wolverton, MN, daughter of Adolf and Amelia (Savel) Kollar. In 1950, she married Henry Hennings in Fargo, living there until 1984. They retired and moved to Lake Sybil, Vergas, MN. Henry passed away in May of 2003. To know Marcy was to love her. Her smile filled a room with light and her laughter was contagious. She was always a gracious hostess, opening her home to family and friends. Marcy’s loves in life were her family, bowling, crocheting and flowers. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by children, Duane (Lucy) Hawley, MN; Deb (Bob) Sahr, Fargo; Diane (Clint) Lehmann, West Fargo, ND; Dan, Fargo, ND; 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Dyles, Fergus Falls, MN; Marge Krebs, Wellborn, FL; Marlys (Kenneth) Klovstad, Fergus Falls; and one brother, Ernest (Lottie) Kollar, Fergus Falls, MN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry; son, Steven; five brothers, Andrew, Herman, Edward, Joseph and John. Memorial Service: Friday, May 11, 2007, at 11 AM, at Faith Lutheran Church, West Fargo, ND. Visitation: One hour prior to the service at the church. Inurnment: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fargo, ND.
