Lynn Lloyd Heller, 73 of Fargo, died Monday, January 18, 2016 in a Fargo hospital.
Lynn was born August 15, 1942 in Williston, the son of Lloyd and Evelyn (Beckedahl) Heller. He was raised and educated in Minot and graduated from Minot High in 1960. He attended Minot Business College and graduated with a Business Administration degree in 1962. He followed this up by attending the College of Automation in Des Moines, Iowa where he finished first in his class with a degree in Data Processing and Computer Programming.
Lynn worked in accounting, systems programming and computer programming in Fargo before launching his own computer company, MicroComputer Systems, in 1981. He continued to work with computers and accounting programs for the remainder of his career.
Lynn married Alice Olson in 1963 and had two sons, Gary and Randy. They divorced in 1976.
Lynn married Tari Elless in 1991 and they were together until Tari’s death in 2007.
He is survived by his two sons, Gary Heller and Randy (Sara) Heller, grandson, Isaac, and granddaughters, Eva and Anna. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Tari.
