Larry A. Rosecrans, 60 of Fargo, died Friday, March 14, 2014 at Sanford Health, Fargo, ND.
Larry Allen Rosecrans was born April 7, 1953 to Rance and Viola (Lehman) Rosecrans in Minot, ND.
Larry's diverse opinions and abilities showed in all facets of his life. Among others, Larry worked as a butcher, forklift driver, farmhand, apprentice electrician, and bus painter while living in Willow City, Rolette, Devils Lake, Grand Forks, Joliette, and Fargo.
As hobbies, Larry enjoyed photography, camping, fishing, dancing, and landscaping and gardening his home. Larry was involved with the Red River Singles, having attended dances for years and serving as the President for some time. Larry won a neighborhood award for his gardens in 2010. Larry's laugh and sense of humor were staples at many family functions.
Larry was joined on his life journey by a loving family.
Surviving him are sons, Aaron Rosecrans, Maryland; and Seth Rosecrans, Fargo; siblings, Arnold Rosecrans (children Brent, Brigete), Bottineau, ND; and Delores (Doug) (children Damian, Del Rae, Devon, Dusty, Dillon), Balfour, ND; and cousin, Dawn Rosecrans Palmer, Fargo.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Rance and Viola Rosecrans; brothers, Rance Carl and Carl Rance, and cousin, Jan Rosecrans.
