Kurt Emanuel, 64, died peacefully in his home on Sunday, March 26, 2017.
Kurt Wayne Emanuel was born on June 23, 1952. He was the second son of Paul and Violet Emanuel. He was raised in Fargo and attended Fargo South High School. Kurt was a proud member of the Marine Corps. He was a huge Bison fan and loved working for NDSU. The title Kurt was most proud of was being the world’s greatest dad.
Kurt loved watching baseball and spending time at the lake with family. He is survived by his daughter, Kassandra Emanuel (Colton); his brothers, Drew Emanuel (Marilyn) and Dave Emanuel (Margaret) and their families. A special thanks to all the staff at the VA who touched his life immeasurably. His laugh will stay in our hearts forever.
