Krista Mccleary

Krista Emma Elizabeth McCleary 21, of Fargo, ND, died Tuesday, December 15, 2009, from injuries sustained in a car accident. Krista was born January 26, 1988, in Fargo, to Kevin and Cynthia Beauchene. Kevin died in 1991, and Michael McCleary adopted her on her birthday in 1995, with the good wishes of Kevin’s family. His brother, Mark Beauchene, arranged the adoption. Krista was blessed with two great fathers. Krista graduated from Fargo South High School in 2006, and was a senior at Minnesota State University – Moorhead pursuing a degree in Health Administration. She worked at Southgate Hornbacher’s since May 2004, and took her job very seriously. Her smile and hugs will be deeply missed by her family and friends who adored her. Krista is survived by her parents, Mike and Cindy McCleary; her sisters, Katie, age 15, and Maggie, age 10; her uncle and dear friend, Steve Hanson, aunts, Gail (Greg) Scallon, Linda Beauchene and Aleece (Jim) Rogers, uncles, Donald McCleary, Alan Beauchene, Mark (Sheila) Beauchene, Roger (Jodi) Beauchene and Gene (Vilma) Beauchene; grandparents, Marion Beauchene and Edwin and Louise Herr; and many cousins and dear friends. Krista was preceded in death by her father, Kevin Beauchene; grandfather, Francis Beauchene; grandparents, Llyal and RoAnn Hanson; and grandfather, Eldred McCleary.
