Kevin Brandvig

Kevin Brandvig, 57, of Fargo, ND, died Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Ava Maria Village, Jamestown, ND. Kevin Arne Brandvig was born January 28, 1955, in Moorhead, Minnesota, son of Arne and Marie (Fagerlie) Brandvig. He attended Fargo Public Schools, graduating from Fargo South in 1973, where he lettered in hockey. Throughout his years, Kevin worked in sales, realty and construction. Kevin spent 20 years in Honolulu, Hawaii, as a photographer. He moved back to Fargo three years ago and worked construction. Besides photography, Kevin was a craftsman and loved the home town teams in all sports and spending time at Big Pine Lake. Kevin is survived by his father, Arne Brandvig, Fargo, ND; sister, Angie (Rick) Nielsen, Northfield, MN; his two nephews, Ryan and Nate, both of Northfield; and his dog, Dizzy. He was preceded by his mother, Marie; and many special relatives. Funeral Service: Friday, May 5, 2012, at 11:00 AM, at St. John Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND. Visitation: Thursday, May 4, 2012, from 5-7 PM, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM, at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo. Burial: Lower Maple River Cemetery, Harwood, ND, where four generations of family are buried.
