Kenneth Hageman

Kenneth Marshall Hageman, 81, died Friday, September 4, 2009, at his home in Fargo with Hospice Care. Ken was born August 22, 1928 in Fargo, the son of Ben Hageman and Marie (Tennison) Hageman. He graduated from Central High School in 1964 and attended Dakota Business College. He worked at Dakota National Bank for 30 years and then was a financial counselor at the Village Family Service for 15 years. He married Donna Hendrickson on August 27, 1955. They lived in Fargo. Ken was a charter member of St. John Lutheran Church in Fargo. He loved spending time at his lake home with his family. Ken and Donna spent their winter vacations in Florida and Arizona. He loved hunting, fishing, gardening, and especially watching his grandchildren compete in sports. Ken is survived by his wife of 54 years, Donna, and three children: Nancy Tyson; Robert M. Hageman (Erika); Kathy Roscoe (Tom); and six grandchildren, who were his pride and joy: Melanie Hageman, Julie Hageman, Jamie Tyson, Jessica Tyson, Ali Roscoe and John Roscoe. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert. The memorial service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at St. John Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND. The family would like to thank MeritCare and the staff at their Congestive Heart Failure Clinic for the wonderful care he received through the years.
