Kambry Grace Ihry

Kambry Grace Ihry was born on July 9, 2014 at Colorado Children’s Hospital. We waited for her birth in hopeful expectation and were honored to hold her close as she passed peacefully from our arms into the arms of Jesus on August 26, 2014.

We were blessed deeply with the time we had with her and she has left footprints on our hearts. Our beautiful baby girl touched many lives in her short time on earth, teaching us all about strength, perseverance, faith and love.

She will be forever loved by her parents, Lon and Heidi Ihry and will always hold a special place in the heart of her proud big brother, Asher.

She will be remembered by her grandparents Judy (Lerfald) and Leon Stensland, Angela (Gienger) and Theron Hylla, Dean and Brenda (Beam) Ihry, great grandparents Iris Ihry and Jeannine (Keith) Berlin, uncles Lance (Jill) Ihry, Anthony Stensland, Tyler (Romy) Stensland, Jeremy (Monica) Stensland, Brandon Beam, and aunts Leisha (Erik) Gedde, Kelsey Ihry, and Megan (Steve) Gaffney along with several cousins. She was welcomed to Heaven by her aunt Robin Ihry, great grandparents Ken Ihry, Jake Gienger, Richard and Helen Lerfald, and Knut and Madeline Stensland.

Our family will be eternally grateful and humbled by the countless acts of service and endless emotional support we have received from our family and friends. Words can never express the blessing you have been as we walk through this journey.

In lieu of flowers we ask you to support Colorado Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and Spare Key as they supported us in our time of need.

A Memorial Celebration will be held at Hope Lutheran Church – South Campus at 3636 25th St. S. on Monday, September 1 at 4:00PM.
