Joni Lee Buzick, Age 53, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Essentia Hospital in Fargo, ND.

Joni was born on July 23, 1968, in Fargo, ND, to the parents of Gary and Diana Buzick. She was raised in Fargo, where she attended and graduated from Fargo South High School in 1987. Joni attended Interstate Business College, where she obtained a diploma in Computer Accounting.

Joni worked in accounting at State Bank of Fargo before accepting a position as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Dakota Specialty Milling, where she worked prior to her passing.

Joni enjoyed traveling to tropical destinations where she loved to explore the ocean and the beaches. Joni loved caring for her two cats, Pumba and Alli. Joni enjoyed her freedom and solitude.

Joni is survived by her parents (Gary and Diana Buzick - Fargo, ND), sister Jessica Buzick (Hawley, MN), twin sister Jill Buzick (West Fargo, ND), Uncle Frank Egan (Enderlin, ND), Aunt Terri Chale Egan (Enderlin, ND), Cousin Sam Egan (Enderlin, ND), Cousin William Egan (Enderlin, ND), Cousin Lisa Buzick (Eagen, MN), and Cousin Lynette Liveringhouse (nee Buzick) (Roger, MN), and special friends Tammy Hammer, Sandy Hilscher, and Jody Wentz. Joni is also survived by many more uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Joni is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Floyd and Elsie Buzick and her maternal grandparents Frank and Grace Egan.

The Buzick family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Social Workers, and Respiratory Therapists at Essentia Hospital for their exceptional ongoing care of Joni. Many thanks to all of Joni's relatives, friends, and coworkers for their support, kind words, and donations.
