JoAnn (Miller) Bohn, 90, of Fargo,ND, passed away August 13, 2021, at Eventide, Fargo, ND with her daughters at her side.
JoAnn was the daughter of Gilbert and Minnie Miller, Hankinson, ND. She attended and graduated from Hankinson School. She married Clyde Bohn of Great Bend, ND. After his time in the service, they moved to Great Bend and farmed until the time of his death. She then moved to Wahpeton, ND, where she worked as a bookkeeper at the Leach Home and then the Richland County Public Health Department. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Great Bend, and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton, ND. She retired from the Health Department and moved to Fargo, ND. She worked as a receptionist at Hope Lutheran Church and was a member of Hope. She also served on the Cass County Senior Commission Board. She then met and married Dennis Lenzmeier, Fargo, ND. She was loved by his family as Dennis was loved by hers. After his death, she remained in her apartment until she moved to Eventide. She will be dearly missed by her family, and "Nana Great" will be missed very much by her Great Grand Children.
She is survived by her children, Bev (David Evenson) Bohn, Fargo, ND; Cindy (Jim) Brownlee, West Fargo, ND; her grand and great-grandchildren: Leah (Mike) Wachna and Magnus, Fargo, ND; Jace (Erin) Brownlee and Emilia and Dashel Brownlee, Aberdeen, SD; step children: Richard Lenzmeier, Charles (Val) Lenzmeier, Mary Lenzmeier Allen (Al Caparella), Dan Lenzmeier; her step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren:
Sarah (Julio) Sotillo and Mia, Mateo, Sabana; Jon (Sayaka) Lenzmeier and Moka, Jay; Tim Lenzmeier; Meghan (Brandon) Vettleson; Anna Lenzmeier; Kate Allen (Michael Coggins); Jessica Allen; Rachel Allen (Kody Duckwitz); Bryn (Ethan Snell); her sisters, Ramona Place, Bismarck, ND, and Darcey Beling, Fargo, ND and her many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, brothers: Allen Miller Sr., Ruben Miller; nephew, Allen Miller Jr, and niece, Judy Miller.
