Jesse David Luthi, 29, of Fargo, ND, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 4th, 2022. Jesse was born on January 2, 1993 in Fargo, ND, to Paul and Lori Luthi. He grew up in Moorhead, MN, attended Park Christian School, Moorhead High School, and later went on to take classes at Minnesota State Community and Technical College. He worked a variety of jobs, and was a skilled audio technician and a beekeeper with a passion for music and working in the family business, Three Bears Honey Co.
Jesse was blessed with an abundance of gifts and talents. He was a prolific writer, songwriter, singer, musician, composer, poet, author, craftsman, and artist. Jesse made podcasts, recorded music, enjoyed estate sales, and saw the beauty and possibilities in everything. His all-around creativity was astounding.
Jesse also had a thirst for adventure, lived life with gusto, and faced the unknown without fear. He loved to travel and wasn't afraid to take on challenges. He knew all the beautiful spots to explore.
Jesse made people feel loved, and he always had time for people. He could talk to anyone about anything. He had an insatiable sense of curiosity and was always learning something.
He had a captivating smile that could light up a room and made friends wherever he went. He had a wry sense of humor and helped people laugh, especially when they were taking things too seriously.
Jesse left this world way too soon. Our hearts are broken by his departure, but we know that he is now home with Jesus. He is survived by his fiancé, Lisa Enderle, Fargo, ND, and the baby they are expecting; his father, Paul Luthi (stepmother Nancy), Moorhead, MN; brothers, Paul Andrew Luthi, Moorhead, MN; Samuel Luthi (Jaclyn), Bryan, OH; Travis Luthi (Brittany), Glyndon, MN; stepsisters, Ana Creo (Ben), Rochester, MN; Kelsey Franklin (Curtis), Denver CO; stepbrother Erik Gustafson, Boulder, CO; and 11 nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lori Luthi, and his grandparents, Lee and Donna Becker, and Edward and Esther Luthi.
"And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow - not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below-indeed nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38-39
We love you Jesse. You will always live on in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Luthi family to be held in a trust for Jesse and Lisa's child, who is expected to join the world this August. Memorials for the trust can also be directed to the GoFundMe page for Baby Luthi:
