Jamey Jean Iwen

Jamey Jean Iwen, 41, of Durbin, ND, passed away at Sanford Hospital Fargo on Friday, October 20, 2023.

She was born October 11, 1982, in Fargo, ND, to Donelle (Mangin) and Russell Langness.

Jamey married Jory Iwen of Fargo on October 20, 2007.

Jamey loved spending time with her family and taking pictures, playing board games, and listening to music. She enjoyed various hobbies, including painting and rock and frog collecting. She had a love for all fur babies, especially her new puppy, Jayden Jean Langness.

While living in Durbin for the last few years, she stayed busy, caring for Penelope and Jordan Letexier with her roommate Pat Fedje.

Jamey was preceded in death by her mother, Donelle Langness; grandparents, Verna and Dale Mangin of Fargo, ND, and Rose and Purden "Sig" Langness of Fargo, ND.

She is survived by her parents, Russ and Jolene Langness; her three daughters, Jaylynne Altringer (father, TJ Altringer), Jaycee and Jaynah Iwen (father, Jory Iwen); in-laws, Dawn and Loren Iwen; her sisters, Abby (Jesse) England and Brianna Langness; nephews, Jace and Ryland England.

Jamey's memorial service will be held at Goshen Moravian Church (4209 153rd Ave. SE, Durbin, ND.) on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 12:00 PM.

A Celebration of Life after the service will be held at Jamey's home, located directly next to the church.

We are asking that you bring your own chair(s) and drinks that you choose. We also ask that you bring a rock (painted or not) to place with her to rest.
