James Robert Neset, 62, Fargo, ND died Saturday, October 18, 2014 at home under the care of his sister and Hospice of the Red River Valley.
Jim was born October 18, 1952 at Fargo, ND. He grew up in Fargo and graduated from high school (Fargo North) in 1971. He graduated from NDSU in May of 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He worked for the Republicans as a telemarketer in strategic fundraising and also worked for 2 years with Casino Enterprises with specialized training programs for employees. Jim worked at the Forum as an equipment operator from 1993-1999, at which time he moved to Oklahoma. He returned to Fargo in 2001 and worked at the center for the developmentally disabled in Fargo from 2002-2004. Jim worked for the Fargo Air Museum and the Fargo Children’s Museum until retiring for health reasons. He enjoyed working with children, photography, and anything to do with airplanes.
Jim is survived by his sisters, Sally Khayatt, Fargo, ND, and Ellen (Paul) Pristo, Phoenix, AZ. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Gilbert.
