Jack Frederick Sneed

Jack F. Sneed, 78, Fargo, died, Tuesday in Sanford Medical Center.
Jack was born December 12, 1936. He was raised and educated in the Sylacauga, AL area. After high school Jack joined the United States Air Force and served as an Air Force Policeman, stationed at NATO in Germany from 1955 to 1960.
In 1960, Jack was transferred to Minot, ND Airbase where he met and married Jean Ann Mehlhoff on July 3, 1961.
Jack and Jean enjoyed 53 years of marriage. Jack served the United States in the military for a total of 28 years. Jack worked for Burlington Northern Railroad for 34 years.
He will be loved forever and greatly missed. He loved spending hit time with his wife and family.
He was a great husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jean; son, Robert (Patricia) Sneed; daughter, Sonja (Richard) Palmer and his grandchildren, Madison and Chase Palmer.
