Helen May Murphy

Loving Mother, Grandmother, Age 84, of Fargo, ND (formerly of Woodbury MN, died on 2/25/25. Preceded in death by her husband John (Jack), and daughter Deborah (Paul) Makousky and her parents. She is survived by daughter, Linda (Francis) Larson, son John Murphy III, grandchildren, Colleen (Jeff Glander) Larson, Kaitlyn Makousky and sister Judy Hagen. Memorial on Saturday, 6/28/25, 11:30 AM at Prospect Park (main shelter), 511 Wisconsin St, Hudson, Wisconsin. Interment will be at St. Patrick Cemetery in Hudson, Wisconsin.

Helen was born October 3, 1940 in St. Paul, MN to Fred (Skip) and Charlotte Mueller. She married Jack Murphy on June 18, 1960. Helen enjoyed crafting of all kinds, especially flower arranging, quilting, painting, and making jewelry. Bingo and going to the casino were also favorite pastimes.

A Memorial Service and burial will be on Saturday, June 28, 2025 in Hudson, Wisconsin.

Helen's family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at SMP St. Catherine's South for their exceptional care of Helen.
