Glenio Rangel Trindade, 54, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home, following a long battle with ALS and kidney stones. Glenio was born on April 23rd, 1958 in Belo Horizonte, Brasil to Maria (Rangel) and Osmar Trindade. He was preceded in death by his mother Maria Trindade in 1995 and father-in-law Randall Fritz in 1999.
Glenio graduated from Padre Machado High School and a private art university in Brasil, continuing his education at UND and MSUM here in the US, in computer graphics. Glenio had tremendous passion for soccer, bowling, darts, art, Viking football, and his strong unrelenting love of all forms of humor. He worked at FRS Industries in Fargo until he had to medically retire in November 2006. He then was on disability at home until his death.
Glenio is survived by his wife, Linda (Fritz) Trindade, Fargo; his children, Stephanie Trindade (Jesse), Fargo; Andre Trindade, Fargo; father, Osmar Trindade, Brasil; Sisters Glauce Trindade, NY; Gleice Trindade, Brasil; Glenda Trindade (Carlos Alberto Costa) and Niece Bruna Costa, Brasil; Mother-in-Law Lois Fritz, West Fargo; Sister-in-law Cindy Fritz, West Fargo; Nephew Kyle Zinck, West Fargo, Niece Alison Zinck (Adam), West Fargo; Grandniece Hailey, West Fargo; and his faithful companion and guardian, our pomeranian Foxy.
The family wants to thank all of his friends and staff at Hospice, Cathy, Kelly, Kirsten, and especially "our saint" Jerry.
