Ella Marie Thompson

Ella Marie Thompson, beloved daughter of Matthew Lars and Sarah Beth Melin Thompson, passed away unexpectedly in her Fargo home on Wednesday, September 2, 2015. Born in Fargo with her identical twin sister Hailey Anne on February 18, 2014, Ella charmed and touched the lives of her family and friends during her all-too-brief eighteen months on earth.

In addition to her parents and sister, Ella is survived by her grandparents Dean and Emilie Lawrence Thompson (Decorah, IA), and Steve (and Kim) Melin (Edina, MN) and Judy Waldrep (Maple Grove, MN); great grandparents Keith Lawrence (Decorah, IA), Tony and Gail Melin (Edina, MN), and Jane Clemons (St. Louis Park, MN); uncles Erik Thompson (Ukiah, OR), Gunnar Melin (Edina, MN), Bjorn Melin (Edina, MN), and Aaron Waldrep (Maple Grove, MN); uncle and aunt (and Godparents) Andrew and Amanda Melin (Richfield, MN); great aunts and uncles Kent (and Meg) Thompson (Dublin, Ohio), Rhonda Lawrence (Los Angeles); Kent Lawrence (San Anselmo, CA), Paul (and Mari) Melin (Edina, MN), Julie (and Duane) Cologne (Edina, MN), John Clemons (Minneapolis, MN), and Joan Holker (St. Louis Park, MN), and numerous extended family.
