Elizabeth Felix

Elizabeth A. Felix, 85, of Fargo, ND, died Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at Bethany Retirement Living, Fargo. Elizabeth Amelia Sinz was born November 28, 1923, at Casselton, North Dakota, daughter of William and Freda (Guse) Sinz. Elizabeth married Jerry Felix September 26, 1944, in Casselton, ND. She worked at deLendrecies and EPCO Films before becoming a stay at home mom. Elizabeth and Jerry lived in Casselton and Fargo before moving to a farmstead near Horace, ND, where they raised their children. She loved to garden out at the farm and proudly raised her family on food grown at the farm. She enjoyed reading and canning. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Elizabeth is survived by her children, Ronald (Marcie) Felix, Moorhead, MN; Carl (Terrie) Felix, Moorhead, MN; and Julie (Don) Brunette, Fargo, ND; her brother, William (Jean) Sinz, Fargo, ND; her four grandchildren, Jed, Anna, Chance and Jessie; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerry, who died August 13, 2004; sisters, Freda, Lorraine and infant sister, Anna; and her brother, Harvey. Funeral Service: Friday, August 7, 2009, at 10:30 AM, at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo, ND. Visitation: One hour prior to the service. Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fargo, ND
