Dorothy Cecelia Nash

Dorothy Nash, 91, of Fargo, ND, died Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Bethany on University, Fargo.

Dorothy Cecelia Wendlick was born February 8, 1922 to Elmer and Clara (Anderson) Wendlick in Riverside Township in Steele County, ND. She graduated from Finley High School in Finley, ND in 1940, and then attended business college in Detroit Lakes, MN.

Dorothy married Roy S. Nash on March 4, 1943 in Detroit Lakes, MN. She worked for Home Gas in Fargo from 1958-1968. She then worked for the Fargo Foundry/Mid-America Steel from 1968 until her retirement in 1984.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Judy (John) Swanson, West Fargo, ND; Carol Newman, Portland, OR; brother, Jerry Wendlick, Hungry Horse, MT; grandchildren, Stacey (David) Arntson, Shelly (Jonathan)Fields; great-grandchildren, Adam and Emily Asleson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy; parents; and brother, Kenneth Wendlick.
