Donna Mae Miller

Donna Mae Miller (Gall), 83, Fargo, ND died Monday, April 7, 2024 at Essentia Health, Fargo, ND. Donna was born May 21, 1941, in Wishek, ND, the daughter of Henry and Hertha Gall. She grew up on a farm just outside of Wishek and graduated from Wishek High School.

She then moved to Bismarck, ND to get her degree in Hairdressing. She met Bill Hoherz and was married on November 27, 1959. They made their home in Bismarck, ND, Jamestown, ND, Fargo ND, and Wahpeton, ND, and they had four children. Donna and Harvey were married October 28, 1994 in Wyndmere, ND at the local Catholic Church; they made their home in Wyndmere, ND. In 2020, they moved to Fargo where they lived for five years, closer to her children. Donna had a love for the Lord and her Faith. She sang in choirs and played organ/ piano for local Methodist churches in the area.

Donna loved having company over for cards, dinner, or even a cup of coffee. Her holidays were AMAZING! Gathering all family at  Christmas, Giving and Receiving Gifts, endless baking, Christmas music played on repeat, the love of  music and good conversation; she made many late-night phone calls to friends and family. She had a genuine love for everyone in her Life.

Donna is survived by her husband, Harvey; children, Bryan Hoherz, Fargo, ND, Michael (Dawn Marie) Hoherz, Juanita Schill, Hawley, MN, Jay (Dawn Michelle) Hoherz, Nate Miller, West Fargo, ND, Brandon (Natalie) Miller, West Fargo, ND; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and three siblings, Marlys (Tom) Kinzle, Bismarck, ND, Joanne (Doug) Lange, Belle Fourche, SD, Ann (Greg) Parks, Frisco, TX.

She was preceded in death by parents, Henry and Hertha Gall; siblings, Jim Gall, Henrietta (Clarence) Fiechtner, son in law Harold Schill, Jr.; and grandson, Harold Schill III.
