Dolores M. Markovic, 76, of Fargo, ND passed away on Friday, July 3, 2020 surrounded by her family.

Dory was born October 19, 1943 in Edgeley, ND where she was raised. She graduated from Edgeley High School and attended the University of North Dakota where she graduated with a degree in elementary education.

After a few years in Edgeley, Dory settled in Fargo to raise her three children. Throughout her life she was involved in many different ventures from real estate which included sales and management, to retail sales and other small businesses.

Dory was musically gifted with the ability to play the piano and guitar and she had a beautiful singing voice. In her later years she enjoyed wintering in Arizona where she was an avid tennis player, golfed with her friends, and traveled. She enjoyed making beaded jewelry and hand-made soaps that she sold at flea markets. Her favorite thing was spending summers at the lake with her kids and grandkids where she boated and jet skied.

She is survived by her son, Michael Markovic, her daughters Maryjo Marty (Dean) and Lisa Olander; her grandchildren Amanda Raymond (Justin), Chelsey Olander (Lindsey), Charlie Beske (Tori), Jeffrey Olander, Annabelle Marty, and Mason Markovic; brother Dennis Anderson and a niece and nephew. Dory was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Connie Anderson and son-in-law Bill Olander.
